01Program name
ONTIME MEDICAL MOBILITY LLC Ride Reminders, operated by ONTIME MEDICAL MOBILITY LLC, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
02What the program is for
We send text messages to remind you about an upcoming medical transportation ride we have been asked to provide. A message tells you the date and pickup time of your ride and asks you to confirm it. Our messages never name a clinic, hospital, doctor, or medical condition.
Here is an example of exactly what one of our messages looks like:
To change or cancel a ride, call MTM at 866-907-1493 — the broker who books the ride, and the only party who can move it. We are the transportation provider; we cannot reschedule a trip that is not ours to schedule. Replying to a message confirms a ride, and nothing else.
The two numbers do two different jobs, and it matters which is which. STOP goes to us, because we are the number that texted you. A change or a cancellation goes to MTM. Calling us to change a ride only adds a step.
03How you sign up
You sign up during a phone call with our team. We explain the program, including that you will receive up to 4 messages per trip, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP at any time. If you say yes, we record your agreement along with the date and time.
There is no online sign-up form for this program. We do not enroll people automatically because a health plan or broker gave us a phone number, and we do not buy or rent lists of phone numbers. We only text people who have agreed.
04Message frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per trip, and often fewer. Message frequency varies depending on how many trips you take.
05Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply, according to your plan.
06How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us. We will stop sending you text messages, and you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also call us at (414) 555-0100 and ask us to stop.
After you stop text messages, we will confirm your rides by phone. Your transportation is not affected.
07How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also call us at (414) 555-0100 or email info@badgerstatemobility.com.
08Consent is not required for service
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to receive transportation from us. If you decline, we will confirm your rides by phone instead. You will receive the same transportation, on the same schedule, at the same cost.
09Your privacy
We do not share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
The only company that handles your number on our behalf is the messaging service that technically delivers our texts, and it is contractually barred from using your information for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
10Carrier information
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
This program is available on major United States carriers. Carriers supporting this program include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others.
11Changes to this program
If we change the program — for example, the message frequency or the type of messages we send — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
