Other ways to reach us

Booking a new ride

We are not able to book rides directly. Medical transportation must be authorized first, so that it is covered at no cost to you.

Call the transportation number on your health plan card, or the broker your plan uses, and give them your appointment date, time, and address. Once it is authorized, the trip comes to us and we will contact you to confirm.

Changing or canceling a ride

Call us as soon as you know. If your appointment moved or you no longer need the ride, telling us early means the vehicle can be used by someone else.

If you need a different pickup time or address, a member of our staff will review the change with you and, if needed, with your plan or broker. We never change a booked trip on our own.

This is not emergency transportation

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Do not call us and do not wait for one of our vehicles.

About text messages
